KIFAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIFAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,437 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIFAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5089, CEP250, and MDC1. Each is linked with KIFAP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIFAP3-to-partner and partner-to-KIFAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5089 grouped by KIFAP3-low versus KIFAP3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIFAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIFAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
