KIF9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,358 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8086, SLC20A1P2, and LINC02013. Each is linked with KIF9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF9-to-partner and partner-to-KIF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8086 grouped by KIF9-low versus KIF9-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
