KIF9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, INPP4B, and PDCD4. Each is linked with KIF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF9-to-partner and partner-to-KIF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by KIF9-low versus KIF9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
