KIF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,194 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, CD2AP, and AEBP1. Each is linked with KIF7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF7-to-partner and partner-to-KIF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF7 versus RBM47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
