KIF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,515 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, SPARC, and RECK. Each is linked with KIF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF7-to-partner and partner-to-KIF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF7 versus MYL9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
