KIF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,863 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, RNY1P1, and BTG3P1. Each is linked with KIF7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF7-to-partner and partner-to-KIF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by KIF7-low versus KIF7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
