KIF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,288 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYG1, TADA2B, and PDIK1L. Each is linked with KIF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF7-to-partner and partner-to-KIF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYG1 grouped by KIF7-low versus KIF7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
