KIF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, PCNA, and HER2_pY1248. Each is linked with KIF6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF6-to-partner and partner-to-KIF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by KIF6-low versus KIF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
