KIF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,156 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOCS1, DAAM2, and BMF. Each is linked with KIF6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF6-to-partner and partner-to-KIF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF6 versus MOCS1 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
