KIF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRH, CELA3A, and TMEM235. Each is linked with KIF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF6-to-partner and partner-to-KIF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRH grouped by KIF6-low versus KIF6-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
