KIF5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,798 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Protein localization to nucleus, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile. Each is linked with KIF5A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF5A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination grouped by KIF5A-low versus KIF5A-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
