KIF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPY2DP, CDKN2AIPNLP2, and DRD2. Each is linked with KIF3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPY2DP grouped by KIF3A-low versus KIF3A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
