KIF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and PDCD4. Each is linked with KIF3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by KIF3A-low versus KIF3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
