KIF27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF27 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF27-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Collagen-VI. Each is linked with KIF27 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF27-to-partner and partner-to-KIF27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by KIF27-low versus KIF27-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF27→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
