KIF27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 288 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF27-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64B, PRAMEF9, and OR2L8. Each is linked with KIF27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF27-to-partner and partner-to-KIF27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64B grouped by KIF27-low versus KIF27-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF27→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
