KIF26A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF26A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,233 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF26A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1, CAVIN1, and EHD2. Each is linked with KIF26A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF26A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF26A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF26A versus DNM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF26A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF26A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
