Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF26A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,870 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF26A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, VTI1B, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with KIF26A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF26A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF26A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by KIF26A-low versus KIF26A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF26A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF26A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
