The most reproducible KIF26A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Primary alcohol biosynthetic process, Enteric nervous system development, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with KIF26A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF26A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF26A results are reported.
