KIF26A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF26A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,403 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF26A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJB7, OR10A5, and TLDC2. Each is linked with KIF26A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF26A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF26A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJB7 grouped by KIF26A-low versus KIF26A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF26A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF26A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
