KIF25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF25-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP10, CD300H, and CST9L. Each is linked with KIF25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF25-to-partner and partner-to-KIF25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP10 grouped by KIF25-low versus KIF25-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
