KIF24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, CCDC113, and C6orf118. Each is linked with KIF24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF24-to-partner and partner-to-KIF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
