Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,300 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Replication fork processing, and DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity. Each is linked with KIF24 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF24-to-partner and partner-to-KIF24 results are reported.
