KIF24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF24 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,525 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDRD12, PHOX2B, and FRAS1. Each is linked with KIF24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF24-to-partner and partner-to-KIF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
