KIF23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, A-Raf_pS299, and MEK1. Each is linked with KIF23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF23-to-partner and partner-to-KIF23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by KIF23-low versus KIF23-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF23→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
