KIF22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF22-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, RPL30P12, and RNU6-794P. Each is linked with KIF22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF22-to-partner and partner-to-KIF22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by KIF22-low versus KIF22-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF22→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
