KIF22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 299 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF22-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf46, OR1G1, and CGB8. Each is linked with KIF22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF22-to-partner and partner-to-KIF22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf46 grouped by KIF22-low versus KIF22-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF22→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
