KIF21A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF21A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF21A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP4, ZNF367, and CLSPN. Each is linked with KIF21A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF21A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF21A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP4 grouped by KIF21A-low versus KIF21A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF21A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF21A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
