KIF21A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF21A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 251 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF21A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL1, CHRNA2, and DEFB133. Each is linked with KIF21A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF21A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF21A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL1 grouped by KIF21A-low versus KIF21A-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF21A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF21A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
