KIF1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSCB, USP14, and TWNK. Each is linked with KIF1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSCB grouped by KIF1B-low versus KIF1B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
