KIF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,932 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR4, YARS2, and ZNF232. Each is linked with KIF1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTMR4 grouped by KIF1A-low versus KIF1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
