KIF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNKA2IP, RAB19, and R3HDM1. Each is linked with KIF1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF1A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSNKA2IP grouped by KIF1A-low versus KIF1A-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
