KIF19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,864 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD38, ANXA6, and PLCG2. Each is linked with KIF19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF19-to-partner and partner-to-KIF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
