KIF19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,313 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRM3, SAMD15, and TMEM245. Each is linked with KIF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF19-to-partner and partner-to-KIF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
