Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, PKC-a, and XRCC1. Each is linked with KIF19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF19-to-partner and partner-to-KIF19 results are reported.
