Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,046 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to acid chemical, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with KIF19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF19-to-partner and partner-to-KIF19 results are reported.
