KIF18B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF18B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,989 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF18B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP11A, KIFC1, and UHRF1. Each is linked with KIF18B in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF18B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF18B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF18B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF18B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
