KIF18B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF18B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,801 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF18B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPI, TTK, and CENPA. Each is linked with KIF18B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF18B-to-partner and partner-to-KIF18B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF18B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF18B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
