KIF18A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF18A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,587 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF18A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, ABHD5, and SCO1. Each is linked with KIF18A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF18A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF18A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by KIF18A-low versus KIF18A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF18A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF18A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
