Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF18A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,688 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF18A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with KIF18A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF18A-to-partner and partner-to-KIF18A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation grouped by KIF18A-low versus KIF18A-high in OESOPHAGUS.
