KIF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,793 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP432, H3P42, and PPIAP88. Each is linked with KIF11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF11-to-partner and partner-to-KIF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP432 grouped by KIF11-low versus KIF11-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
