KIF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PDCD4, and Rab25. Each is linked with KIF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF11-to-partner and partner-to-KIF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by KIF11-low versus KIF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
