KIF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIF11 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,204 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFE2L2, TCF20, and NEFM. Each is linked with KIF11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF11-to-partner and partner-to-KIF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFE2L2 grouped by KIF11-low versus KIF11-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
