Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA1841 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KIAA1841 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher KIAA1841 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA1841 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and GBM are the cancer types where KIAA1841 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
