Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA1614 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,200 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIAA1614-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTN, RPL24, and ZBTB32. Each is linked with KIAA1614 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA1614-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA1614 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIAA1614 versus VTN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA1614→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA1614) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
