Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA1614 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIAA1614-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1187P, ARL2BPP6, and LRRC59. Each is linked with KIAA1614 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA1614-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA1614 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1187P grouped by KIAA1614-low versus KIAA1614-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA1614→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA1614) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
