Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIAA1614 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIAA1614-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFT2D3, TBC1D28, and DBX2. Each is linked with KIAA1614 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA1614-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA1614 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFT2D3 grouped by KIAA1614-low versus KIAA1614-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA1614→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA1614) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
