Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA1328 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KIAA1328 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher KIAA1328 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA1328 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where KIAA1328 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
