Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIAA1328 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,711 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA1328-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA damage tolerance, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and DNA synthesis involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with KIAA1328 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA1328-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA1328 results are reported.
