Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA1210 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KIAA1210 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KIAA1210 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA1210 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where KIAA1210 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
