Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA1143 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KIAA1143 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher KIAA1143 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA1143 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where KIAA1143 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
